By accessing or using EnCiro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. EnCiro is a study platform designed to help candidates prepare for the Canadian Investment Regulatory Examination (CIRE).
EnCiro provides educational content, practice quizzes, and AI-assisted study tools to help users prepare for regulatory examinations. The Service is intended for educational purposes only and does not guarantee exam success or certification.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice.
All content on EnCiro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EnCiro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to: (a) share your account with others; (b) copy or redistribute quiz content; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (e) interfere with other users' access to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is accurate, complete, or current. EnCiro is not affiliated with CIRO or any regulatory body. Our materials are supplementary study aids and should not be your sole source of exam preparation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnCiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam failure or career impact.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
