Our AI tutor feature sends your queries to Anthropic's Claude API. We do not use your conversations for model training. Conversations may be retained temporarily for service quality and abuse prevention purposes.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Community content on deletion. Questions, answers, and debriefs you posted publicly to the community are not personal data in isolation and remain visible after account deletion to preserve the usefulness of those discussions for other candidates. When you delete your account, this content is anonymised — your username, profile, and any link back to you are removed, and the content is attributed to “Former member.” Private community data (your exam-outcome entries, notifications, and email subscriptions) is deleted with your account.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
